How to truncate a table in TSQL?

If you need to truncate a table content in TSQL. You can use the built-in function called TRUNCATE.

The difference between the TRUNCATE and DELETE in TSQL is the TRUNCATE does not allow WHERE clause condition. The TRUNCATE operation is faster compare to the DELETE operation and also it reset the identity of its seed value.

Let says we have a table called Products. Here is the code to TRUNCATE the table Products.

TRUNCATE TABLE Products
